ANGE
MOYEN-AGE TOUR 2012/2013 Live In Tokyo
27th, 29th April 2013 @ Yamaha Ginza Studio

The shows' organiser is so glad to offer those who want to own the guitar which ANGE played on MOYEN-AGE TOUR 2012/2013 Live In Tokyo to buy the guitar. (New method under consideration, for until the deadline there was no buyer who meet the conditions.)

Below is the information when it was offered for the first time.

Who can buy:
Those who bought the ticket of ANGE MOYEN-AGE TOUR 2012/2013 Live In Tokyo or who attended the show, excluding those who were invited. AND ALSO you have to show the shows' organiser something that the organiser accept as a proof that proves you bought the ticket or you attended the show (see below). The organiser may not sell this to someone who the organiser think is not a right person.

"Something that the organiser accept as a proof that proves you bought the ticket or you attended the show":
Ticket of the show.
Receipt of your payment of the ticket price.
Autograph of the member of ANGE signed on the show's meet and greet.
Or anything if it's something that the organiser accept as a proof that proves you bought the ticket or you attended the show. But the organiser don't accept the photo of the meet and greet as some of them already can be seen to public on the internet.

How the buyer will be decided:
By bidding in Japanese YEN.
The organiser cannot show the highest bidding price in realtime. But the organiser might show it when possible.
Among all the biddings which reach the organiser by the deadline, a bidder with the highest bidding price will be the buyer. But you can buy it, only when the bidding price is higher than (or close to) the price of the guitar that the organiser paid to buy it for ANGE's Tokyo shows.
In case the same highest bidding price would be showed by 2 or more persons, the buyer is the person whose e-mail or postcard with the bidding price reach the organiser earlier.
In case the orgniser would have no response from the buyer or cannot contact with the buyer within 1 week after the deadline, the person with the 2nd highest bidding price would be the buyer. In case the orgniser would have no response from the new buyer or cannot contact with the new buyer within 1 week, the person with the 3rd highest bidding price would be the buyer.
The deadline of the bidding... 7:15:00pm on 29th June 2013 (Japanese Standard Time)

The price that the buyer pays to buy it:
It's the bidding price that the buyer shows to the organiser. (For example: In case the highest bidding price is 1000 Japanese YEN and the 2nd highest bidding price is 20 Japanese YEN, the buyer pays 1000 Japanese YEN to buy it.)

Where the difference of price between the price of guitar that the organiser paid to buy it and the price that the buyer pays goes:
All the difference will be donated to School Music Revival. http://www.schoolmusicrevival.org/

Approval by the ANGE team:
To give the fans a chance to buy this guitar, and to donate the difference of the price to "School Music Revival", both were approved by the ANGE team.

The name of the guitar and the model name:
OVATION Custom Legend C2079AX

How this guitar came to use:
Mr. Christian Decamps' guitar was considered to be too old to transport to Japan. So, among some solutions, it was decided that in Tokyo Mr. Christian Decamps would go to guitar shop and choose a guitar to play on the shows. In the end, Mr. Christian Decamps chose the same model as his own guitar, while some parts are not the same as Mr. Christian Decamps' own guitar because of the year of production, and the colour of the body is also not the same. On the other hand, the attachment to connect a strap was exchanged by the guitar shop, for Mr. Christian Decamps' own strap to be able to connect with.

Condition of the guitar:
Played by ANGE (mainly by Mr. Christian Decamps and Mr. Hassan Hajdi) on ANGE MOYEN-AGE TOUR 2012/2013 Live In Tokyo on both 27th and 29th April 2013.
The guitar has scratches etc which were made by ANGE's performance and by handling, so this is a second hand item.
Autograhed by all the members of ANGE (see photos at the top & the bottom).
The strings were also the ones which were played by ANGE on both of the same shows on 27th and 29th April, being tried to keep the form as the show on 29th April finished.
With the proper hardcase (which has scratches etc which were made by handling, so this is also a second hand item).

How the buyer receive this guitar:
The organiser hand the buyer the guitar if possible. The organiser have access to Kanagawa/Tokyo area. If impossible, it will be sent to the buyer.
The buyer have to pay all the cost which are needed to receive the guitar, except the organiser pay the cost of transportation in case the organiser hand the buyer the guitar.

Procedure after the buyer will be decided:

1: The orgniaser contact the buyer (by e-mail or telephone). Decide a method for the buyer to receive the guitar. In case it will be sent, decide the deadline of the payment of the price (basically within one week), and the organiser tell the information about the bank account (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking, Japan Post Bank "Yuucho Ginko") to which the buyer pay the price. (NOTE: The organiser may judge that the buyer declined the right to buy it, when the organiser have no response from or no contact with the buyer for one week without any notice from the buyer.)
2: In case the guitar will be sent, the buyer pays the price that the buyer pays to buy it to the bank account of the organiser by the deadline. Also the buyer sends the organiser something that the organiser accept as a proof that proves the buyer bought the ticket or the buyer attended the show (which you inform the organiser when you show your bidding price). (Continue to the 4 below)
3: In case the organiser hand the buyer the guitar, Hand it at the place at the time on the date which would be decided during the 1 above. The buyer brings something that the organiser accept as a proof that proves the buyer bought the ticket or the buyer attended the show (which you inform the organiser when you show your bidding price) and the price that the buyer pays to buy it. The organiser bring the guitar and the receipt that the organiser received when bought the guitar.
4: In case the guitar will be sent, after confirming the payment and something that the organiser accept as a proof that proves the buyer bought the ticket or the buyer attended the show (which you inform the organiser when you show your bidding price), the organiser will send the buyer the guitar with something that the organiser accept as a proof that proves the buyer bought the ticket or the buyer attended the show, with a method on which the receiver pays the delivery cost.
